This is a card i made for my cousin who gave birth to a gorgeous baby boy few weeks ago! I saw this type of card online and i thought it was really cute so i gave it a try. Really love the way it turned out, it's a very cute card to make for a baby birth!

Αυτή είναι μια καρτούλα σε σχήμα καροτσάκι μωρού που έφτιαξα για την ξαδερφούλα μου η οποία γέννησε ένα πανέμορφο αγοράκι λίγο καιρό πριν! Είδα αυτό το στυλ καρτούλας στο internet και μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ γιατί είναι πολύ γλυκιά και σκέφτηκα να τη δοκιμάσω κι εγώ. Μ'άρεσε πάρα πολύ το αποτέλεσμα, είναι πολύ γλυκιά καρτούλα για να φτιάξεις για την γέννηση ενός μωρού!

a. My name is Ioanna-Maria and i'm 23 years old

b. I always liked art and crafts, been into those stuff since i can remember myself!

c. I seriously got into cardmaking in 2010 and started making baby steps in scrapbooking also

d. I just finished uni this past December of 2010, i studied Logistics in Technological Educational Institute of Katerini

e. I'm an animal lover, due to the fact i'm living in an appartment the only pets i can have are a canary and some fish, but would love to have a bunch of other pets also if possible!

f. My favourite seasons are Spring and Winter. Spring is wonderful because every flower and tree start to bloom and wherever you turn around you can see green and colorful flowers.. only negative thing about Spring is my allergies :P As about Winter, i totally love snow (even though in Greece it barely snows. . . . ) and i think that Christmas is the most magical holiday ever, there's something really special about it!

g. When it comes to movies i'm more into comedies..i don't really like thrillers and i choose not to see them at all, they're pretty much exaggerating in everything they do!

House of Love!!! - Το Σπίτι της Αγάπης!!!

Hello everyone!!! I've been away for quite a long time now.. i've been busy working on my submission for this "Competion of Love" which Maria Z organizes on Greecycle! It was a very interesting subject to work on, i never did anything similar to this and i have to admit i really liked it! It was tiring and it required much effort and time but for me personally it was worth it. Only unfortunate fact is that my Big Shot's handle broke during the proccess of constructing this house, thank god almost in the end of it though, which set some limits for me on what i was gonna use since i couldn't use Big Shot.

Anyways!! The competition has to do about making something out of recyclable supplies and of course the theme is "Love"! I came up with the idea of making a house.. the "House of Love", what better than a house can represent love? Love starts and grows in every single house, in every family that lives in it! The house is basicaly made out of paper. The base of the house is made out of a shoe-box and a box of a parcel which i was about to throw away!

Thanks to all my loved ones who helped me during the proccess of making this house..!!

Καλησπέρα σας!!! Ήμουν λιγάκι εξαφανισμένη καθώς ήμουν απασχολημένη για αρκετό διάστημα στο να φτιάξω κάτι για να συμμετέχω κι εγώ στον "Διαγωνισμό της Αγάπης" που διοργανώνει η MariaZ για το Greecycle ! Ήταν ένα πολύ ενδιαφέρον θέμα για μένα αφού δεν είχα ξαναφτιάξει κάτι παρόμοιο στο παρελθόν, και πρέπει να ομολογήσω ότι μου άρεσε πολύ! Ήταν κουραστικό βέβαια και απαιτούσε αρκετό κόπο και χρόνο αλλά θεωρώ ότι το άξιζε. Το μόνο δυσάρεστο γεγονός ήταν ότι το Big Shot μου χάλασε κατά την κατασκευή αυτού του σπιτιού, ευτυχώς προς το τέλος μεν, αλλά με περιόρισε στο τι θα χρησιμοποιήσω αφού δεν μπορούσα να χρησιμοποιήσω το μηχάνημα.

Τέλος πάντων!! Ο διαγωνισμός έχει να κάνει με την κατασκευή ενός αντικειμένου από ανακυκλώσιμα υλικά και φυσικά το θέμα είναι τι άλλο από την "Αγάπη"!!! Μου ήρθε η ιδέα να φτιάξω ένα σπιτάκι .. "Το Σπίτι της Αγάπης", τι καλύτερο από ένα σπίτι για να συμβολίσει την αγάπη; Αφού μέσα σ'ένα σπίτι ξεκινάει και μεγαλώνει η αγάπη, ανάμεσα σε κάθε οικογένεια . Το σπιτάκι αυτό είναι κατά κύριο λόγο κατασκευασμένο από χαρτί. Η βάση του είναι φτιαγμένη από ένα κουτί από παπούτσια και από ένα κουτί από ένα δέμα που είχα παραλάβει στο παρελθόν και ήμουν έτοιμη να τα πετάξω!

Ευχαριστώ όλα μου τα αγαπημένα πρόσωπα που με βοήθησαν κατά την κατασκευή αυτού του σπιτιού..!!
